Your team can continue using Hafinen without interruption. If your active employee count exceeds your plan's included limit, additional employees are billed at the applicable per-employee monthly rate until your headcount returns within your plan or you upgrade.
Billing is prorated. Employees added during a billing cycle are charged only for the days they are active, while employees removed generate a prorated credit that's automatically applied to your next invoice.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of paid subscriptions.
